Chelsea line up bid for £8m-rated Vitesse midfielder Van Ginkel

Chelsea are showing interest in Vitesse Arnhem midfielder Marco van Ginkel. The 20-year-old has been watched by Manchester United manager David Moyes and Norwich this season and is valued at £8m.

Chelsea have a close working relationship with the Dutch club, who had defenders Tomas Kalas and Patrick Van Aanholt on loan from the London side this season.

Meanwhile Blues defender Jeffrey Bruma, 21, is in talks over a move to PSV Eindhoven. Bruma has spent the last two seasons on loan at Bundesliga side Hamburg alongside fellow Chelsea youth graduate Michael Mancienne.
