Injuries have restricted Chelsea youngster Izzy Brown at Vitesse
Brown notched three starts for Vitesse in August but injuries have curtailed his progress at the GelreDome and he has since been in the initial XI on just six further occasions, while coming off the bench eight times.
Regarding Brown's temporary stint in Holland, agent and managing director Warwick Horton of Key Sports Management feels it is important for the England U19 international to get some game time together in the final few months of the campaign to really prove his worth as parent club Chelsea prepare to bring in a new manager in the summer.
"In terms of Izzy, the only issue has been his bad luck with injuries," Horton told tribalfootball. "He picked up two in the first part of the season and then another in January."Hopefully he starts this weekend and he can finish the season strongly."
Brown last played for Vitesse in early February and will be hoping to get back to full fitness as quickly as possible to help the Arnhem outfit, currently placed seventh in the Eredivisie, into a Europa League placing.
